When you do circuit training, please set time of schedule on your iPhone.

For set 2 minutes running and 1 minutes walking, you set 2 minutes for 1st timer and 1 minute for 2nd timer.

It is counting down by push start button. It alerts or vibrates, when it becomes 00:00.

This has 10 timers. You can save timer for training of every day.

This has only one view.

You can set timer simply and start training simply.

How to start.

1.Set minutes and seconds for count down.

2.Push button "Done" to finish input times.

3.Push button "Start" to count down.

That is all. It is very simple to start.

Button "Save" to save your setting of time.

Button "Restore" to set times with saved value.

Button "Reset" to clear all of time with 0.
